  1. Become familiar with the definitions of: anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, depression, neuro-cognitive disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, postpartum depression, schizophrenia, self-harm, substance use disorder, and suicidal behavior disorder.
  2. Understand the types of mental health practitioners and their scope of practice.
  3. Explain the different types of behavioral health services and providers.
  4. Become aware of existing resources related to mental health.
