Event Schedule
On this event grid, you will find the session schedule at a glance along with the corresponding room/area. When you arrive, please go to the Gallery Entrance by the Upper Parking Lot so we can get you checked in. See this floor plan of the Rose Hill Center for your reference.
Events will be held in the Elliot Ballroom (window side), Fowler, Frost, Vancouver, Elliot Ballroom (stage side), and Elliot Ballroom (outside deck) areas. You can search events to find time and location on this schedule.
Pre-registration for this event is not required but appreciated. Please use this interest form to sign up for the workshops or sessions that most interest you to help us determine demand and space needs.
