Information for Volunteers

Thank you to our MINDfest 2023 volunteers! You helped make the day memorable and fun and helped to bring awareness and support to the community!

Our volunteers signed up for a 3-6 hour shifts (or the entire time–from 10 am to 8 pm) to help with the biggest Mental Health Arts festival in Western Washington and joined our MINDfest 2023 team!  Student volunteers helped with set up, clean-up, registration, creating kids’ learning activities relating to emotional as well as social health, serving as ushers and guides, and they also took part in fun workshops (like sound baths, Food and Mood cooking, mindfulness sampler, etc.) and heard some amazing speakers. This volunteer experience was a great addition to your resume for community service, and you helped to connect people to important information about resources and care.

Please stay tuned for more Mental Health Matters of WA events. Check out our events calendar (under “Latest News” on our website toolbar) for more information or follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
