MINDfest: Caring for the Mind, Body, and Spirit was an incredible event because of YOU! Thank you for attending, participating, sharing your time, energy and heart to promote mental health for all!

The event was hosted on May 9, 2024, at the wonderful Skagit Valley Community College campus, in Mount Vernon, WA. It was conceived and organized by the Mental Health Matters of Washington (MHMWA) team: Ana Thompson, Clarissa Carlos, Edith Huerta, Jody Early, Monika Star, Nohemí Rivera, and Sandra Huber. We are very grateful to our co-organizer this year, the team from Skagit Valley College and all the organizations that joined us for MINDfest 2024.

MHMWA is funded by Skagit Public Health, UW Bothell, and the North Sound Accountable Communities of Health. We also wish to thank to all of the speakers, practitioners, and service providers who are helping to make this a memorable and fun experience!
