Thank you
for attending and supporting MINDfest 2023!

MINDfest: Celebrating the Mind and Nourishing the Soul is a free, community event that promotes mental health and well-being with music, cultural learning, entertainment, art, vendors, panel discussions and more. The primary objectives of MINDfest are to create an inspiring, informative, and inclusive space that brings diverse communities together to promote dialogue about mental health, and to connect people to the resources and services they need to thrive.
MINDfest: Celebrating the Mind and Nourishing the Soul was first held on May 7, 2023, at the beautiful Rose Hill Center in Mukilteo, WA. It was conceived and organized by the Mental Health Matters of Washington team: Ana Thompson, Annika Sahota, Jody Early, Monika Star, Nohemi Rivera, and Sandra Huber. MHM of WA is funded by Skagit Public Health, UW Bothell, and the North Sound Accountable Communities of Health. We also wish to thank the Center for Communication, Difference, and Equity at the University of Washington for their contributions and to all of the 50+volunteers, speakers, practitioners, and vendors who helped to make this a memorable and fun experience!
