Dr. Alina Soto (they/them) is a naturopathic physician and licensed mental health provider. As the founder of Terra Dusa (“Earth Soul”) they aim to help guide individuals towards a greater understanding of themselves and their surroundings.With a background in clinical psychology, neuroscience, and naturopathic medicine, Dr. Soto emphasizes the importance of recognizing the physical reality of emotions, their root causes, how these impact the body, and why a holistic approach to mental health can help you heal
