Mental Health Matters of Washington, in partnership with Northwest Educational Service District, UW Forefront Center, and UW Bothell, is hosting a FREE, virtual webinar to help people L.E.A.R.N. the steps to help someone who may be contemplating taking their life. Developed by UW’s Forefront Center, the five simple and effective L.E.A.R.N steps empower individuals to help others move in the direction of hope, recovery, and survival.
