MINDfest: Caring for the Mind, Body, and Spirit is a free, community event that promotes mental health and well-being with cultural learning, entertainment, music & art, vendors, interactive workshops and more. The primary objectives of MINDfest are to create an inspiring, informative, and inclusive space that brings diverse communities together to promote dialogue about mental health, and to connect people to the resources and services they need to thrive.

We are so grateful to our co-organizer this year, the team from Skagit Valley College. Mental Health Matters of Washington is a community-based program funded by Skagit County Public Health, North Sound ACH, and UW Bothell.
